Logistical management and consulting for hydrocarbon exploration research activities

During the period of 2008-2011 POLOG worked with the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS) covering their logistics needs in relation to a large-scale hydrocarbon exploration survey in North East Greenland.

POLOG provided pre-planning and consulting services, and managed the operational logistics of the field campaign.

The project was divided into mapping and drilling components. These involved working with approximately 25 people in the field, the support of various field camps, the organization of ship-based cargo, and the coordination of helicopter and fixed wing cargo and personnel flights.
